Do you know what I have done for you?
Do you know what I have done for you? is an a cappella work for mixed voices that takes one of Jesus’ most important sayings from the Bible. As the work progresses, the listener begins to wonder who is the person asking the question: is it Jesus himself, or is it his followers who have suffered? The music makes use of beautiful diatonic dissonances, which ebb and flow until they resolve into a single unison note.
