An interesting experiment is attempted by the volume Credo: Six Composers – Six Parts – One Christian Faith (Carus 7.461; 35 pages, from €18), which features the entire Latin text of the Credo composed by six contemporary composers. This pasticcio collection was created as a commissioned work for Carus-Verlag to mark the 1700th anniversary of the Nicene Creed.

Unfortunately, there is no keyboard reduction, so you must be able to read a full score at the piano and/or have a choir capable of learning challenging literature completely without an instrument.

The musical styles range from the rather simple and tonal "Crucifixus" by Grayston Ives, to Victoria Vita Poleva's "Et resurrexit" (reminiscent of Arvo Pärt), to the partially 8-part, driving, and heavily polyphonic "Et vitam venturi" by Dominick DiOrio, all the way to the avant-garde "Et incarnatus" by the Japanese composer Keiko Harada.

Ultimately, these are individual pieces that can presumably be performed on their own, but the special appeal comes from the varied (and very demanding) full performance of all movements.
